Their app is awesome. Easy to access & receiving free main meal items is a breeze to earn. Once enough points have been accumulated it’s a free item at least every visit.

Don’t get me wrong, this app is very good. I can’t fault it on its UI or UX and the reward system seems better than a lot of the competition. One thing though that frustrates me (and this may be a bug itself) but when taco bell sends me notifications for free food etc, there’s no option to remove it. Yes, I can just turn notifications off in general, but some of them I would and wouldn’t like to use. Unfortunately “redeeming” the offer gets rid of it for a few minutes, but once it’s realised you haven’t used it, the notification comes back again.

I know I’m sounding precious, but having a notification stuck on my phone screen until I actually use the voucher is annoying.

Not to end on a sad note, so thanks for the delicious food as always.

The app doesn't like my phone camera, but it's easy enough to enter the numerical barcode in manually. I am glad to finally have an awesome resteraunt that gives my family rewards points for frozen drink purchases. (The food is awesome too)

I have been to Taco Bell 4 times, I have 4 different receipts awaiting to be scanned for taco pints. Please fix this bug. it keeps saying to me “you need to wait 4 hours before for you can scan the next one” I have been waiting for 2 weeks and still says the same thing

This app NEEDS prices. It really shouldn’t be that hard given there is one restaurant in the country. Online ordering would be fantastic also given that every time I think about going into the restaurant the line is 10m out of the door.

Last night I scanned my app when I ordered food and some alchoholic drinks and haven’t gotten any reward points. I then later scanned a receipt barcode for another order of drinks and it said that there is an invalid item on the order. I can kind of understand not getting rewards for the alchohol but if i’m not getting ANY from my food order just because I also ordered some drinks at the same time there’s something really wrong. please fix this.
