What can I say further. I cannot live without this app.
My business is so much organised after starting using monday.com as my SOP.
One suggestion - Please if we could have a monday.com team task board where we can assign the jobs to our team as a to do list. I understand that we already have the Team Task board template, but if you can add a feature where we can ping other team members about if the work has been done or if we can remind them about a particular task
Second Suggestion - If you can provide the integration with Microsoft Teams so it’d be really easy for us to assign tasks to our team internally while communicating to each other.

An App such as this should not crash! Period. Very disappointing.
If I was to rate the support thus far, would have to be 0. If it were not for a friend who is showing us how to get this going, monday.com would be dead in the water. You may have a good product, but some of us like human interaction! An automated reply is noyt support.

This application is going to save you time, time and more time.
It is intuitive, it works across platforms and keeps me on my toes with what needs to be done and when.
Take the time to set it up to your liking, learn and read. View explanations on Youtube and apply those personalisations.
When running projects you need that “helicopter view” and that is exactly what it provides.
The cost is very high, it would be great if there were plans more tailored to individuals and small businesses. Sometimes you want more tools but less users but are stuck with the top level tier.

Everything else.. beautifully simplistic -platform that has no real competition when it comes to ease of use.
Only marked down for the lack of dark mode, but I would agree with other comments about pricing, it isn’t cheap.

The system worked well - and my team used it for a short project. However - we paid for what I thought was a single month of use. They hid that that charge would be recurring every 30 days.
Next month my card was charged again ($79) so I complained and went through the hidden and convoluted process to cancel the subscription I didn’t know I had.
The following month I was billed again for $79. I’m now trying to get myself out again!!
In total I have now paid $207 - it’s been two months since I’ve used the app and they continue to take money.
I’m running a small team and this is coming out of my own pocket - not the companies.

Having worked in Asana, Trello, Basecamp etc. when working for other companies, when it came time to set up a new work management system I chose Monday.com. So glad I did.
Working alongside colleagues all over and multiple time zones, the multiple view options and team and individual timeline have proved invaluable. Best of all instant buy in from colleagues.

Every time I get an email and I click update email preferences, it sends me to the app. There is no way, as far as I can tell, to disable emails via the app. I’ve been sent more spam from enabling this than I normally receive in a week.
I no longer intend to use this, and I’m wondering if I have to setup a filter on my emails to auto send to junk.

When your phone loose network, it doesn’t save anything. You entered information just disappear with no notice or error message.
You cannot add description to tasks on mobile. Once you add as an uodate you cannot edit. This app is a joke. Worth no money. I would recommend Jira from atlassian, half price

We used to use teamwork for managing a team of 5 people, but have moved everything to Monday.com, as it is more easier to program workflows, has a cleaner interface and allows us to see everything going on in our business much more easily. Only downside is the high cost but we get this back easily with productivity gains. Just a shame it’s double the price of teamwork.

Cost: not unreasonable, particularly when running a business.
Confusing?: Yes, at first. That’s probably because you are limited by your own imagination. Once you understand how to taylor this app to your needs, it becomes indispensable. I’ve been using it for three months and each month I have found more ways it can help me run my business.
Benefits: too many to mention. I need to be well organised! This is the first app I have come across that can handle my busy work schedule and make sure I don’t miss anything. No more sticky notes, no more “to do” lists.

I have checked again in the App store, and I have had friends check on their screens..........
We all report that on the Apple page, where the app is downloaded:
This app is listed as a free app
No price whatsoever is to be found anywhere
The app is free to download
No in-app purchases are listed
No mention of the requirement to have a paid subscription
No mention of any need for subscription
It would clearly seem that monday.com is a free app.
To anyone reading this app's description the app is free.
It is only after it is downloaded and the user tries to actually use the app does it tell you the exorbitant cost.
So, no, I don't feel that the monthly cost of US$25 was made clear at any point. In fact it was so unclear that it was totally invisible!
Please refrain from giving feedback that makes out I must have been mistaken. The app is listed as a free app, so needing to pay is not something anyone with any sense would think of.
If your app is so brilliant, at least have the nerve to list the price you think it is worth where the customer is able to see it.

I was so excited when I found this app and was quite surprised that it isn’t number #1 on many “10 Best Trello alternative Apps”. But I think I know the reason. It is an extremely expensive app. In my team, there is only 1 - me. But I will have to go back to Trello (as I think many single users do) because there is no option for the little guy in the Monday.com options.
Please make a basic version available for those of us who wants to use it but cannot afford the very high cost to this otherwise excellent app.

If you haven’t got Monday.com you are missing out big time! I am an unorganised person, or at least I was until this thing came out. I can’t even begin to describe it. It makes you want to complete your tasks to update that status from stuck to done. You can see your progress and others to keep in check with everything that is going on and that is just the free stuff. I don’t even know what you would unlock of you paid (it’s quite expensive) but for now, because I’m cheap I find it super awesome for everything in life, work and social aspects. A huge thank you to whoever made this. You have made my life a hell of a lot easier and so much more satasfying!

Fantastic web and app interface, vibrant colours make prioritising a breeze. Very configurable to suit a vast range of needs. I have been using this app and browser to manage a team spread across many projects at once, very efficiently, as well as planning a holiday (its very versatile!)
However, $400AUD for only a year is prohibitively expensive when only being used by a single user. I think there needs to be a 1-off payment (app purchase fee) option available for single point users.
If it wasn’t for the cost, I would be a big promoter of this app.

We use iPads with keyboards and there is no option to turn screen plus the secret code screen freezes so we have not been able to access. Not prepared to spend more time on a system that we were hoping would save us time. Let us know if this is rectified & we may try again.
