Stashpedia was much more organised and clean. Easier to use and just looked better. This app is horrible compared to that

Most recent update is horrible
Haven’t updated in months, as it’s been downfall for a while. The icons for each product are unneccessarily large with no option to even adjust size. Merging wishlist and collection through a ‘list’ tab is making it less convenient to navigate why I use the app in the first place. while keeping the unused ‘discover’ tab on the home screen. Add more customization

Horrible update
New update is terrible, app now runs really slow. The white space around the products is now so large you can only see 4 products per page, this makes locating items incredibly frustrating and takes so much longer.
I don’t know why they felt the need to combine the wishlist and collection tabs under one. Again adding more time to flip between the two. Also they only take up the very top of the page making it look like you may be able to generate additional list but that’s definitely not the case at the moment so just leaves a big white empty space on the page.
Also the ‘Funko fan Club’ is just a endless loop of telling them your birthday and then going to the setting page for your account. It doesn’t currently add anything to the app experience or collecting experience.
Overall it seems Funko is not listening to its fan at all. The app that they purchased and turned into this Funko app, worked fine for the most part (just sometimes a little behind on releases) and fans enjoyed using it, now they’ve taken away features that people enjoyed, like following other users and seeing people’s collections, and just seem to keep changing the app to make it less user friendly.

Just did the latest update and the app freezes and clicks off- if I hit the collection part - nothing happens and the app turns off....need another update!!!

I am loving this app!
It’s the first tracker that I’ve found I actually want to use constantly and keep updating my collection record etc.
very easy to use and the barcode scan is an amazing feature!!
Suggestions to improve would be to make the pop number a good way to search for them and also the feedback section seems to have a bug where it clears and resets itself after you’ve written a line.
Otherwise, keep up the awesome work!!

So many crashes 😵
Every time I try to add anything to my wish list or collection it causes the app to crash. Also my wish list and collection won’t load. My internet connection is fine and I’ve tried deleting are redownloading the app but it just won’t work. Love the app when it works but it doesn’t work often enough

Great collection tracker: Some Suggestions
This is probably the most accurate collection tracker EVER. I use this to keep track of my collection and I keep updated about future releases. But I feel like its a bit unfair; funko only ships to America, and since i live in Australia, it feels a bit discriminating. Also while America gets all the cool exclusive stickers such as walmart, hot topic, etc, Australia only gets special edition stickers. I find this frustrating because I collect Pops for the variety of exclusive stickers, and I cant seem to get anything other than special edition. And there is no way to get Freddy Funkos in Australia other than paying INSANE prices of $200+.
I would be willing to pay extra for shipping to Australia, but there is no option for that. I guess I will just have to pay the insane prices just to own a Freddy funko. Anyone else feeling the same?

It’s good but still needs a few tweaks
This app is good to keep track of your collection and is continually improving as updates occur. However, i still believe it needs a few more adjustments. i feel like they need to add an option on the collection page to sort your collection into licenses. Yes you can filter them to get the specific license you want but it removes all other pops to show u that specific license only. I want it to be so that you can scroll through all your pops while they are sorted into their specific license rather than just sorted by ‘newly added’ or ‘price: lowest to highest’ etc.

Please bring this back I found this feature helpful when looking in what I’ve recently put into my collection and keeps a better tally then just new released or whatever.
Plus the share feature that enabled you to share your collection with others was super helpful on my socials

Nothing good about it
This app will change my currency from AUD to USD everytime i open the app. Constantly crashes. Logs me out, doesn’t accept my correct user/passwords. Took away the feature from Stashpedia of being able to see people’s collections and wishlists which was really helpful for my friends and I.

Make a more stable app!!
This is honestly the worst app I’ve used. When you first launched it, at least it would stay open for longer than 10 seconds. Now, with the newest update, it stays open for 10 seconds before force closing. I can’t even add an item to my wish list or check my collection without it crashing! Doesn’t matter if I have it open on my iPad or my iPhone, IT DOES NOT WORK.

Worst app ever
Wow this has got to be one of the most frustrating apps I’ve ever come across. It just shuts down randomly after about a minute so its never open long enough for me to add all my items to my collection. Think I’ll delete this one.

Pretty good but there is a few issues.
The search is pretty much completely broken. I search up a pop figure name word for word and still random plushes and key rings come up and even random pop figures. I would also like some sort of filter where you can choose what results come up such as just Funko pops or just Dorbz.

The old stashpedia app was perfect, the funko one is horrible, I can’t transfer my collection over so have had to start from scratch and the search function is useless! Can’t find half the pops I own on there! Fix it!!!!!

honestly this app is so buggy, slow and incomplete. some pops aren’t even in the system, some are doubled up or incorrectly labeled/pictured/priced/titled! Coming from Funko themselves you’d think they’d get their own pops right! hope they fix this in the future.

Missing collection
Updated to the new Funko app and tried to add my existing stashpedia collection. The collection is now completely gone, even after going through the website and logging into my Facebook to find the collection.
The URL link in the FAQ page on how to link collections is also broken, making it much harder to re-locate the page.

Very buggy
The new App only gave me one attempt to import my collection from Stashpedia, but it lagged out because I was using Private Mode in Safari, so I had to redo my entire catalogue. Also, since the last hotfix - the currency & sort type of Collection keeps reverting back to USD & Newest-Oldest each time I open the App! Very annoying.

I want stashpedia back, my account didn’t save my pop figures so now I am having to manually put in over 150 pops in individually and to make matters worse when you try and search a category more often than not everything but what you are looking for pops up, and when you search for example “Harry Potter” the whole collection doesn’t pop up only Harry Potter and a few other figures will. It’s slow and just is a pain to work with! Please fix it!
