Our quote page is where you can quickly enter some basic details about your delivery and our app will provide delivery options and costs.
Booking page
Our booking page lets you provide details of your pick up and delivery, so we can proceed with the booking. This page also offers delivery options and enhancements, in line with the information you have provided us.
Our booking page is prepopulated with all details entered in the quote page, if you have previously asked for a quote.
Payment page
Our payment page is a simple and quick way to pay for deliveries via credit card.
Tracking page
By using your consignment note number issued at booking, you can track the progress of your delivery from start through to completion on our tracking page.
Print/Email labels
Our app allows you to create, print or email delivery labels to ensure that your delivery is identifiable and traceable throughout every stage of the delivery process.

I was advised that once I downloaded the app I can manage whether they can leave parcel at door, which I want! There’s no way I can do that through this app & website doesn’t recognise tracking number/postcode!

I was worried about downloading this app due to all the negative comments about it not working properly. I used it with no issues whatsoever, not sure what all the negative comments are about; I was able to easily track my package & give authority to leave.
Makes you wonder about who leaves these comments to be honest.

The app restarted and then when I left instructions for the driver it wouldn’t let me press submit.
It’s a simple app and I’ve led teams MAKING Apps so I know how simple it is to correct errors like this (or start from scratch if you’ve used cheap developers)
Not good enough. Get your CTO yo pulp their finger out and fix this SIMPLE App.

My package was delivered very quick. The app is easy to use. I was at work when the driver arrived he called me and went through the effort of finding a place to be able to leave it in the building. Very thankful and happy

This app doesn’t work! Put in the tracking number and it doesn’t recognise it, no information at all available even the website doesn’t have any information about delivery date or estimated delivery time. Only shows the tracking number nothing else!
You really need to completely redo the website & app. I hope you guys will find someone or even just research how to do it yourself to improve your service, because customer service is at 1% currently and this will have you lose business.

I downloaded this app to track my order. I was expecting to see where my order was on a map like you do with Uber. But nothing. This app doesn’t provide any more information than the website.

This app looks like it was designed by a 10 year old on a school holiday coding camp. It gives you almost no info and Allied forces you to download the app to track your delivery. Allied were tasked to deliver an item to an office and they arrived at close to 7pm when no one was there and sent the product back to their depo. They left no card, info, text or email address for me to contact them. Really useless service and crappy app to match.

Received a text with tracking number and suggestion to download app. App can’t find the tracking number so I go to the website and the site can’t find it either. Why bother sending the text in the first place if I can’t use the tracking number provided to actually track?

Not sure how a company like this functions. Last time I use this company... once this package ever arrives. Ohhh and found out they sign for the packages themselves. Have proof too! Fraud!

Got a text to download the app to track my delivery arriving today! The number in the text doesn’t register as a tracking code, even entered manually, and the delivery didn’t come either. No way to contact or provide feedback via the app so this is it. No communication all round so pointless downloading this app.

App is as bad as their customer service. Tracking feature not only doesn’t work, it’s completely blank. Quote and Book features seem to work fine though. Have tried reinstalling this app three times no work. Still waiting on delivery for items. Website tracker doesn’t work either, hence negative stars.
