Works on IPhone NOT on our IPads

Downloaded app to iPhone first.Loaded OK ,BUT when we attempted to download to seperate IPads for ease of print size, it will only load itinerary up to Day4,BUT no further! Then icon blanks out and won’t allow you to log back in.Have deleted app on 6 occasions and attempted to reload to no avail.Made contact with Cosmos Australia on several occasions who can’t help to resolve issue.Not off to Good start for this tour.
