Sync issue with apple health
Counts and records steps in the app but sometimes apple health gets the data avery minute and adds together. So total steps

And sync again to correct but happens many time to n a day. My phone shows widget steps on Lock Screen so annoying to see something wildly inaccurate

This app is amazing there was no problems with setting it up it was really fun choosing my background I had a lot of fun with everything the app makes it so that you can set goals and I have set mine higher every time that I complete it I was 126kg but I am now 89kg just because of the motivation I got from the watch and the app hope this helps ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

Would be a useful fitness tracker & notifications device if it consistently worked. Notifications work for 1/2 a day at best. Settings revert to “OFF” in application no matter how many times you set on “ON”. Sleep tracking is hit and miss with tracking performance missed on several days in the week. Heart rate rate much the same, leaves great gaps in the day, or several days missing. Occasionally time and date is also messed up until the next “resync”. If the unit could consistently work for notifications, heart rate and sleep tracking, I’d recommend the unit. As it is, I’m taking it back for a refund.

Doesn’t show step count
Hi, I bought Fitness tracker SB1005H 1 month ago. It did show step first few days. Now it didn’t show steps and calories. I reset and turn off the watch. But no luck

Was good then it wasn’t.
First day was great! Second day, wore it and it never translated to the app despite being connected so basically looks like ive done nothing at all which is disappointing. Battery dies quickly on the watch, I get about 6 hours on a full charge and then I have to take it off which means the rest of my activities aren’t taken into account. Not overly impressed.

Pathetic
I use this with an Altius1005h fitness band purchased from Costco in Australia. Both the fitness band and this app are pathetic. The fitness band turns itself off in the middle exercise and looses all of the exercise data and this app never remembers my saved settings. All up the combination is absolutely hopeless.

Any clue why my altius 1005H resets during the day
In the last couple of weeks my tracker has reset itself and I’ve lost record of thousands of steps as I generally walk up to 20,000 area per day.
It’s starting to get really annoying.

Wouldn’t Recommend
You get what you pay for, so I wasn’t expecting grandiose performance; but the only thing this little fitness tracker is good for, is counting steps and even then it seems a little inaccurate. Recording sleep patterns is ‘hit and miss’ and other features in the app itself just don’t work.

Won’t connect
Everything was working fine. Then suddenly the app wouldn’t read the bracelet and wouldn’t connect to Bluetooth. I tried emailing the developer but received an email back saying that due to Covid they’re not responding to emails. I was referred to the FAQ’s and told that I SHOULD find my answer there. Great app, but can we be able to create/ set custom watch faces?
I have been using the app for over a year now without any problems. I recently updated my watch to a better one and it has the watch face option on the menu. I would love if we could set pictures, or have an app so we can create aesthetic appealing faces. This is because I find it hard to read analogue time and the available faces don’t appeal.
Otherwise this is a great app and I will continue to use it and recommend the compatible watches!

Hello, I recently just bought the DGTEC watch and it is really amazing! The app is good and the watch itself. One thing I noticed is that you can get calls or messages from the watch. I tried putting calls and texts on. Then I got a message on my phone but my watch didn’t. The second time I got a text, the watch just turned on and it said 0 messages. I bought the DGTEC watch on the weekend and it connected fine to my iPhone but then last night it stated the phone was disconnected so wouldn’t collect the data. The reminders say you can set what it’s for, but you can’t. It’s basically just an alarm.. The weather doesn't update, there is no setting to make it 'always use location'. Very, very disappointed :(

Can’t turn notifications on
I have tried multiple times to turn notifications on to receive a notification when I get a message or a call but it just doesn’t stay turned on, as soon as I turn it on get out of it go back into it they are back to turned off. This bug needs fixing
The step counter reverts to zero at odd times. Sometimes several times during the day. Also the watch face keeps changing by itself and reverts to 24 hour time though it has been set up for the 12 hour format. Really annoying. I wouldn’t recommend this model of DGTEC -DG1039. It’s the square smart watch double strap. I will update this review if the bugs are fixed.
Update: Downloaded the latest update, problem still not fixed.
Further Update 5th Jan: Now even the time is wrong. This watch is totally useless though it is such a nice looking watch.

This morning got notification offering to download the update for the app. Downloaded it to my iphone 7+. And now can’t use it at all... For some reason can’t even open the app after this update. Restarted the iphone. Uninstalled the app and installed it again. But the issue is still there.

Lost data every day
I liked the DGTec smart watch but randomly throughout the day the watch would reset to factory default and loose all my data. When I reconnected it to the app all the data stores on the app would also be deleted. I returned the watch for my money back after hearing nothing from the support emails, if this problem was fixed I would have kept the watch or buy a new one.

Good watch until the new update
My watch was working fine until the new update. After updating it and going into notifications on the app to re-add the notifications I wished to receive on the watch, the watch would work for a few hours and then revert to saying it was 9:00am. I would redo everything and sync the watch again and it continues to happen. Not adding the notifications and saving them on the app, I have found the watch keeps the time fine and doesn’t have any issues other than I cannot receive texts, calls etc. but this is one of the main features I bought the watch for can this please be fixed?
