security issues
They couldn't give specific answers how and where fraudulent transactions occurred on my card. It took 3 fraudulent transactions to go through before they were discovered. I very seldom use my card for eftpos transactions and the card was almost always use for online transactions. Doubtful security handling procedures on the App. Close my account for good after using it for a few years.

Unethical app
I’ve been using the app for more than 5 years. It used to able to transfer the money in the app back to the card, they have removed it and account closure required a manual email. I’ve confirmed multiple times to the same customer service via email that I needed the account to be closed because my other app got hacked and keep getting deduction from my balance in Youtrip (even after they tried to block my physical card and I locked my virtual card). The customer service keeps replying to ask me to keep the account, which I do not want to, and I’ve emphasised more than enough in the past 7 email exchanges. And the services was unrealisable as it was under maintenance for more than 24 hours.
Truly, truly disappointing.
