Very inconvenient while we try to transfer money from main account to our re account. Has been the same issue since last year. I don’t know if it’s the location or the app but this needs to fixedddd!!!

Poor customer service
Poor customer service. Device updates and email updates are impossible. I have never seen anywhere asking for device updates. Do not recommend as it ditches you when you need the most. Too procedural and time consuming to get your details updated. Finally you land up not using the particular banking services.

Kuzu Zangpo la, its been so long that I couldn’t get rid of the app icon badge number.. it keeps on getting add on and I tried every possible ways to check the notifications, reinstalling the app, but it stays the same. Is this only happening to me or the app needs to fix the bug.

Poor customer service
I’m residing abroad and have contacted with bob in multiple ways however they say they are busy and leave between conversation. Their WhatsApp number is of no use, it’s been a week and no response at all

Suggestion
The customers will happy if there is options for user profile with all our details there. In developed countries, everything is set from profile in the app. Whereas, in this app we have a such a lengthy procedure to to get our forgotten TPin

Mitigation
It would be great if you could migrate sending OTP in the app rather than sending it to the phone or email address. Instances on loss of money through mobile numbers could be reduced that way.
Getting OTP in the app could enhance security.

I found this app is very worsen. Previous was very convenient one. This one is so long steps. I recommend not to update the apps.

Poor service delivery
I don’t understand when the world is moving upward , why BOB choose to go backward . BoB is one of finest and established financial institution in Bhutan and yet accessibility of services are still in 1980’s. Example MBOB should have now feature which allows account holders to access Bank statement as desired . Not only restricted to 3 months . Time to provide online services like any other financial institution in the world .

My Request
Dear Sir/Madam,
This is my request that is;
1. while we Transfer fund to Beneficiary Account, it would be more convenient and confirmative if along with Beneficiary Name and Particular Account is shown.
For Example: Dorji (1010XXXXX)
2. It would be much better if there is option for the mBoB users to view, edit and delete the Beneficiary list.
I may be wrong and if so I am sorry but these two are my suggestions for further enhancement if mBoB Apps.

Please check before releasing updates.. all fonts can’t be seen now for some reason after I updated to latest version.

A monthly account fee for nothing
A monthly service fee of nu 10 is applied to account whether or not you have active monthly transactions. As far as the account fee is concerned, the mbob service is terrible and it can go down anytime of the day or month without warning!

It can show my account details but i cannot use to transfer and check my statements.
