Signing on and off
I have an iPhone and I try to sign in and out and it tells me I’m too far away even though I am in the building please fix

Annoying
Won’t remove the red number indicating I have a message, even after deleting the app and re-installing.
When you use search the writing is in white like the background, so nothing can be seen.

It keeps saying I have a message when there is nothing there. It keeps making me feel like I am meant to have one and it isn’t appearing. Please fix this. The app is ok just wish I would also get notifications when I get messages.

Will not let me log in, constantly get the message “Sorry, an error occurred while processing your request”. iPhone up to date, app up to date. Deleted and reinstalled app. Reset the password. Cookies and ad-blockers disabled. Tried it on two different phones. NOTHING WORKS. Help section on website not helpful at all.

Annoying features
Works ok but when clocking off it asks 2 pointless annoying questions. If you forget to answer, it doesn’t complete the clock off. It also holds onto the little red notification dots after it’s been tended to

I was waiting for the latest release to fix things. Sorry it did nothing. Can’t even see the clock in and clock out on my ph and never have. Still can’t apply for any type of leave as the screen is a total white out and can’t see anything. My company must be getting sick of me asking them to do things for me because the app can’t!

Hopeless for Managers
Have an iPhone X with latest version. However I cannot change an employee timesheet to reflect a new start time for example. If I add a new employee timesheet it gives them a 9.5 hour day, which I cannot alter and denotes that employee to having it as annual leave. Tried to add a second emergency contact for myself, and cannot.
Just hopeless for a manager to use. Is only good for showing what time and where you are rostered if you are an employee.
Anything else requires logging into your PC so hardly see the point of this useless app.

This app is great and all, but notifications do not work at all, even with the enabled in both the setting of the app and the iPhone settings.

Could be better
I am a manager and it’s a great app for the team to manage their leave and see rosters, clock in/out.
What’s not good is that the app freezes, and when someone forgets to sign in and you have to edit their time sheets to reflect when they actually signed in it comes up with an error or just comes up saying “confirm” but no way to edit the shift without logging in using a PC.... which fully defeats the purpose of the app. This never used to happen, but it has been for about 2 weeks now. Tried deleting and downloading again with no success.

Push notifications don’t work
Great app however I would like to know when rosters are released/changed with notifications. I have never got any notifications on the app even for messages which means I am checking it every ~30 minutes.

Why must I continuously delete and reinstall
Why can’t I just have it work for more than a week at a time then it became twice a week then yesterday it let me clock in but then when I went on break told me I was unauthorised to sign on at this location every single time why is it doing that

It’s been a great App so far! However in the availability settings mines stuck at non recurring, everytime I change it to availability everyday it never saves and defaults to non recurring. Please fix

Logical features missing
No notifications are coming through, as other users have mentioned.
Also there really needs to be a way for rostered shifts to be synced with the calendar on your mobile. Really hope they are working on this.

Notifications don’t work
Even though I have push notifications turned on I never get a notification on when my roster is updated/posted.
It would be great to look at a feature so we are able to change shift times for Clocking on/off or even a notification to remind to clock on/off?

App scale resolution wrong
The resolution of this app is wrong on iPhone 11 pro max. All the bottom ribbons are way too low and the search and menu is too high. I know other apps auto scale but it seems like this app doesn’t have that turned on or just doesn’t use it. Not to mention it always logs you out.

Not safe and costly to use by employees and illegal for the employers to deploy?
Companies implement a Humanforce back office system (Time Target System) might demand staff and workers to have this app installed on their personal iPhones at their personal expenses. This is a idea called B.Y.O.D. (Bring-Your-Own-Device). Is it bad? How bad is it? Let me explain:
Will employees be given an iPhone to run this app, or instead required by their employers to provide it by themselves? The employees, if not given an iPhone, are required to provide an expansive iPhone with specifications not only meeting their personal needs, but also their employers needs, e.g. additional storage to do their work and are mandated to replace their personal iPhones soon enough to run the latest iOS (e.g. iOS 13) within months, or they might lose their job. I’d see this an unethical way to force employees to share the cost of the company’s infrastructure by constantly upgrading their iPhones to meet employer and developer’s need.
Also, it’s not clear what personal / private information, such as GPS locations and banking details and passwords, are being collected by the developer and their clients (the employers) from the employees who are mandated to use this app on their personal iPhones!
Low- or minimum-wages and part-time workers are told to provide and install this app but not sure if the Contacts on their iPhones are collected by the app developer. They cannot refuse or they may lose their job. Some low-wages people who are using iPhone 6 now, start worrying that they need to buy a new iPhone very soon to use this app instead of buying bread for their families. The employees should request their employers to provide the hardware, not just an app to do their job!
The governments should investigate if the practice is legitimate in their countries and met with national security.

Horrendous app that rarely works
80% of the time you go to log in you can’t because it has some sort of issue or problem. It is a pathetic app that’s needs a serious overhaul. Lift your game Humanforce this is unacceptable!!
