The Most Convenient Banking App

NTB has recently improved their banking app and honestly I believe this is the most convenient banking app I have seen among other banking apps in Sri Lanka.

Such a messy app.

Terrible app, keeps saying that my password is wrong, and I used the forgot password option 4 times and reset the password many times and IT STILL SAYS ITS WRONG!! So annoying. Fix this stupid app’!

This is not a functioning app and useless!!

Constantly need to delete and download the app. High time for banks in SL to adopt a functioning app so people can use.

Where is Auto Update??

It is about time any Sri Lankan Bank has a functional banking product app that allows basic banking securely. Buggy. No auto update, creating a new version shows poor design forethought, planning and project management.

For Gods sake get one of the local teams with international QC experience!

The app doesn’t let you login. Customer service is beyond horrible. They don’t help the customer with a solution but add to their misery.

Cannot update the new version

It says there’s a new version available to update but in App Store it doesn’t show any updates, which means, I cannot login to the app! NTB digital team, please fix this ASAP!

Cannot do any bank transfers

The new version is terrible!!!! Lots of bugs. Fund transfers do not work, the app cannot be used.

When they were made aware of the issues, they said that it will be fixed in 24hrs... that was over a week ago...
