It is the worst I cannot login and I haven’t received my roster so I have no idea when it’s coming and how can I access it. this app is horrible every time I click on the login button it just comes up with the opening screen and I cannot change anything it so frustrating seriously someone please tell me how I can login. As well as I cannot email them and every time I try it just comes right back

I’ve tapped everywhere won my screen and tried rotating, slightly moving my tap down from the profile but every time I tap near where it says login it takes me to settings. Landscape and portrait. My current job for some reason begs me to get this service but it doesn’t do anything at all, the website isn’t secure and there’s no functional… whatever on the app, no proper login or anything. I have no idea how my coworkers got this “app” woking.

I wish there was a ‘zero stars’ option
Does not work at all. Yes my work is registered for it, yes I’ve done all the steps as listed in your response to other users but that aren’t listed on the websites. Just does not work. Comes up that I’m not registered or the page just won’t load. I can’t even access riteq through my browser as recommended by another reviewer as I have the same issues there in both chrome and internet explorer. Absolute waste of time. You’re seriously just better off taking a photo on your phone of your roster that’s printed at work and pray to god it hasn’t been changed without you noticing. And another thing, when using riteq through the internet, for whatever reason my workplace can only access it through internet explorer. Not kidding. And only at work. No one can access it from home or from their mobiles, it’s not just me. Seriously just don’t even waste your time. Potential businesses looking to use this system - go to another business. I’d suggest something basic but easy to use like ZUUS. Don’t get me wrong. ZUUS has it’s clunky features too, but at least it is usable and can be accessed reliably unlike this heap of junk.

Sooo ... pretty obvious it seems that 99% of your comments relate to people being unable to login or access the app ... and now I’ve seen you (the dev) posting something about settings and endpoint .. blah blah blah .... how on earth was ANYONE meant to know that when there are NO instructions on what to do ... so perhaps you need some instructions include in the app. I now have added the details in (took a while to figure that out but I got it) but looks as though my company isn’t set up for the app as .. so I’ll contact my admin support and see if we can get that happening - you could have a decent app here if you bothered to actually allow users to get it to work .. and honestly it should be set up automatically for clients in this modern day
