Worst app ever
Now that we need the service more than ever🤦🏻♂️, the app and website is the most ridiculous thing you’ll see. To freaking hard to print one single document with these people.

Very basic and buggy app
Disappointing that the app is so ineffective.
I doesn’t save your credit card even when you request it to.
No way to filter the search to only show what is actually in stock
Search very basic and unreliable so you often have to change the terms to actually find what you’re looking for.
Also it doesn’t save your history and receipts.

Useless for home user
This app is designed for business use and when you fail to hit the for business use button in registration app appears to stop functioning. Unable to complete registration as won’t accept address and home phone number as won’t accept the combination of suburb state and post code.
Not able to use cart or delivery with out registration and at this point app stops working for me. Totally looking at going elsewhere just for the fact this app messed me about

Lack of goods compared to the website
Pro:
I love the idea to receive the notification when a product are available.
Cons:
Lack of product. I found Prismacolor Premier Double-ended marker colorless blender in your website and because it is out of stock now so I would like to turn on the notification on your app. And guess what? I could find it on the app. So it’s quite useless for me when I could not do what I want for the basic functions of the app, which you advertised.
Please add enough goods on your app. Thank you.

Basic features not working
The latest update has cleared all past lists..why..it takes long enough to find products.
The out of stock notifications alert you to a product that is still out of stock.
Try to set your store, and it keeps defaulting back to Cambeltown.

Won’t continue
I’ve purchased one print already which came out perfect but when I went to order my second print. It won’t load the page, so it is stuck on the cart saying “please wait”. Won’t let me add to cart and check out 😫 really want it to load !!

Good app except...
I’ve had the app for the last couple of years and it’s good except that I can’t login. Tried on multiple devices, reset my password a few times and still am stuck. I’ve even fired off an email for support and have heard nothing back.

Where is sort order?? No filtering and cant sort the order by price etc. The most basic of search filtering.

Connection error
I spent so long designing some items for Easter gifts only to try and add my items to cart and it continually tell me that there is a connection error. I have tried at different times of day, using wifi & my phones own internet, trying to do it on my partners phone and it keeps happening. Same thing happened back in December so I ended up ordering Christmas gifts from somewhere else. Will be doing the same again.

Suggestions
It would be handy to be able to see whether ‘while you wait’ jobs were actually available before customers head to the store eg. Binding one book had a 24 wait period and I was only told when I arrived.

Click and collect problem
Good app only problem I found when ordering it ask you to set the store nearest to only to change the store on you when you press click n collect and if your not aware you go to collect your order only to be told the click and collect store you chose is 600km away then I have to wait and ring a 1300 number to cancel the order only to re order it 😓

Lacks Information
The app provides basic tree type selection functionality and would be far more useful with sorting and filter options.
For example, if I want to look at printers which are multifunction units, with double sided printing, in Epson brand, in stock at a store close to me; this app fails miserably.

Need ‘sort by’ filters
Great app, but has lacked the ability to sort by price/alphabetical order/etc once you’ve gone into a category or done a search, like you can on the website. Makes it hard to find what you’re looking for.

Horrible
This app was the worst. I downloaded this app expecting you could find the things you wanted in the app buy them and pick them up in the store but you can’t even find the things you can get in a normal Officeworks. If you want to get a simple photo you cannot even do that, no matter how many times you search and how many things you search you cannot find out how to get a damn photo printed. And when I did finally find something that had a title named services and it has the print and copy section under that you cannot click it, it was ludicrous.
So for you Officeworks people in the future figure put something on your app that works and find out a proper way for people to get photos in your stupid app because this is one of the worst apps I’ve ever been on.

Every time I open the app my session has expired.

Login error!
Dear Officeworks.
I've been trying for two days now to login in my officeworks app but it keeps saying that the username, email or password is invalid but that's a mistake because I can easily login with my password and email on the officeworks website!
Another thing is when I proceed on login in, a window message appears saying you need internet connection to login. But my internet works perfectly and all other apps as well.
Please consider fixing this soon. Regards.

Few Bugs
Great idea, very efficient and I have been a user from the start. Its been many years.
Bugs that I have noticed:
- The app resets my session every time I close the app meaning, there is no shopping list!
- The battery drains very fast with the app open 100% to 10% in one hour of Officeworks App background activity.

I don’t understand why it’s advertised as “Track your order easily.” when the app doesn’t appear to have any reference to tracking orders and I received no notifications for my order via the app.

Officeworks are unreliable
I ordered a desk, they told me it would be delivered on Tuesday. By Friday I was getting impatient so I called to complain. Then they delivered a broken desk, literally snapped in half. I waited several days for them to pick up the broken desk and the replacement (which was supposed to arrive yesterday) has been delayed again.
If you’re a retiree and you don’t mind waiting a month for your deliveries then Officeworks is the store for you!
