Description
Built for Live performance and hands free use, Quantiloop recreates the simplicity of a hardware loop pedal in an iOS app. Attach a MIDI foot controller and control it the way you want. No MIDI controller at hand; just preset your loop length, enable auto–record or a count–in and your loops will automatically close, no hands or feet required. Big onscreen controls allow for easy configuration and tactile control by vocalists or beat boxers. Focus on your performance instead of fiddling with dip switches or complex menu’s.
Be Creative
Create 4 tracks with endless layers of overdubs to build your performance. Record a Chorus, Verse and Bridge and switch between them seamlessly or create a 1 bar percussie loop on track one, a 4 bar chord progression on track two and layer a bass line on top, all in perfect synchronisation.
Rhythm Guide
The builtin rhythm guide provides a rhythmic backing. Use the internal metronome for practice, import drum loops from virtually anywhere or host and control your favourite rhythm apps to enhance your performance. MIDI master lets you control MIDI hardware, and MIDI slave lets Quantiloop follow it. Ableton Link lets you even play in time over WiFi with external apps and devices. Quantisation aligns your actions to the nearest measure or beat so you stay in time, and real-time tempo control sets the pace. Prefer setting your own pace, disable quantisation and Quantiloop will react to your actions with minimum latency to create tight synchronised recordings.
FX
Assign up to 3 simultaneous effects to the input. Use the built-in transpose to covert your guitar into a bass, or host your guitar amp sim directly in Quantiloop. The results will be recorded into your loops.
Or assign up to 3 simultaneous track effects to the output. Use the tape stop to add drama, introduce a key change to build up your performance, or host an Inter-App audio/AU reverb processor. Track FX may be assigned to a single track, all tracks or the combined output.

Since version 2.98.3 . my older devices won't load
Quantiloop Pro .
I hope this is only a temporary issue because I preferred
this looper over other currently available on iOS devices.

Quantiloop has replaced my BOSS RC-5
The sheer ease of use with the 4 channels and unlimited dub potential is genius. Linked to an AirTurn BT200S or IK Blueboard makes it even better with hands free control.

I am using this app with a 2020 iPad Air and RME Babyface Pro to replace a Beatbuddy and Pigtronix Infinity looper and valve amp for electric guitar. With DrumPerfect player, tempo and start stop functions can be controlled by Quantiloop. Great midi implementation including ability to toggle on/off AUV3 FX (I use Eventide H9 plug in for reverb) or control apps hosted in Quantiloop such as Thu Overloud. Very stable and intuitive to use.

Amazing Looper
There’s not really a need for me to repeat what everyone else is saying here except to confirm this is an amazing looper - I use it live - You can set up and save loops beforehand, import beats or audio, connect a Bluetooth pedal to make it a “hardware” looper, load Audio Units (Auv3) to modify sounds, link to other apps like SampleTank etc. It’s incredibly stable so far and you can set up the loops to be parallel or serial, serial master and of different lengths. This is one amazing looper (I think I already said that). If anything I’m beginning to wish that I had another four virtual pedals on top of the ones already there because my song arrangements are getting more complex but overall this is a brilliant app if you’re a working muso and worth every cent paid.

This is awesome!
Was looking at giving looping a go with my keyboard rig, so it was important that the looper had good midi implementation. After some searching I came across this app and just have not looked back since, it is just perfect. Made a midi looper pedal with an arduino on the weekend with eight foot switches and eight controllers for just $30, so with this app I have the perfect system, that not even $1,000 could buy you.....brilliant!

Love to loop some more
This is always in my box of AUs. I would really like to have several instances of this app running at the same time with different presets loaded and running at the same time. That would give me 4 x n instances of loops going on which I need for the complex, rich soundscapes I love to play live.

Amazing Looper
This is the gold standard of loopers. No hardware or software looper comes close to this.

The best looper out there!
I've tried all the hardware loopers, software loopers, even made my own complex setup in Ableton. To be completely honest, this is my favourite looper out of all of them! I sold my rc-505 as I prefer quantiloop in conjunction with AUM mixer and a handful of IAA apps for effects. Steven the developer is definitely the most proactive developer, always adding cool new things in updates as he listens to his users. If you are wanting to gig with an iPad, an audio interface and a midi pedal, this is the perfect app for you! Even if you are just learning about loops, this has to be one of the easiest loopers to use!

A looper for those who dislike loopers
Well, tbh, the title refers to me.
I've never quite got on with loopers, but this one just clicked. Along with the terrific tutorials on YT and a UI that is stripped of all distractions, it just works seamlessly.
