Insulting to the intelligence
My son duly went through all the diagnostic tests at the start (and after paying that much I made him persist) and then it went back to ok let's start with basic counting! Can you draw a 1? What is 2 - 1? And he is 7 and can multiply any two digit numbers and add three digit numbers in his head into the thousands. And there is no way to get beyond the basic mind numbing 4 year old level maths and clicking on the settings does nothing. and the dog is annoying. I want my money back.

First of all, I am not saying this on behalf of this developer. Some people are simply angry about needing to pay for a software. This is such a sick thought. Why should developers spend so much effort and resources to give users a free lunch? Apple is not paying us anything to post a free app in store. I also found no cost attached until i downloaded it. Only to get an email saying it will cost me $15 a week? I have of course removed my subscription from the app yet still see I’m am active. The rigmarole of what I have to do to cancel my subscription is extensive. I guess its as way if getting a weeks payment outcome of customers before its cancelled. This app has a cute vibe but that’s the only thing about it that’s good. The app is too pricey. No way to skip to required level.
Waste of time and money. It makes a child spend so much time going through basic levels (as in 20 + 1) to unlock the level they are at. Rounds and rounds of basic levels. Not worth the time or $15 a week for kids aged 5 or over. We did the intro book as directed to be shown relevant questions but that still didn’t work.

If I could give this app zero stars I would. I would just like if paying for this app is necessary. I am really disappointed.

Why do you have to pay ?
Well I down loaded the game and was very excited then it said practice your numbers then I was ready and it said three day trial and I thought it would have an x but NO so I wanted to play so spent two hours waiting and still no x I got really mad and had a tantrum my dad got mad and I almost deleted the game DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!

Don’t bother
The app is just a trap, there are way better math apps out there. Once you get onto the app it tells you to verify how you write numbers and then asks for your age, after that you are confronted with a page that basically says that you have to pay to continue.

Seriously
I thought being older this would be good for keeping my brain active and I always loved basic maths at school...last century lol. The thing that annoys me is I get the answer correct but because I do my numbers differently to how the ‘acceptable’ form is the answer is wrong. I’m also of a generation that can do basic maths in their head but this doesn’t like you to do that it wants you to do units, then tens etc. Well not everybody needs to do that. The concept is there but the execution is lacking.

Maths learner is the best game for little kids to play because they can level up the maths skills. They can also read numbers so much better.

TOO EXPENSIVE!
This is the most devastating i’ve been in a while, i was playing my game on my phone and all of a sudden this app appeared on my screen as an ad. After a few times it had popped up i decided to download it and see what the fuss was about. It was great, i put in numbers & it also asked for my age. After doing these steps it comes up i have to pay $15 A WEEK and ONLY A 3 DAY FREE TRIAL!?!? I immediately deleted the app.

Really , really annoying
This game really annoyed me, I got it because the add looked good but it did not mention anything about having to pay when I got onto the app it asked me to draw a couple of numbers and it asked me for my age then it came up with a screen saying I had to pay to proceed and asked me if I wanted a three day trial then play monthly so you can’t even play if you don’t play

Can’t believe you have to pay
I’m so annoyed like I went in and it said draw me some numbers and what’s your age and I was ok this a bit to simple for me but whatever. Then it told me have your free 3 day trial the pay like $16 a month. Like what I’m in year 7 and I don’t got money to pay that to I would never recommend this unless you want to lose your money.

Mis-leading
I don’t understand how you call yourselves “Fun games for free” when there is nothing free in this game other than entering the kid’s age. Even those 3 days that you offer as “FREE” are actually not because you still need to billing details. This is so wrong and mis-leading and I hope the App store administrators won’t allow such thing again.

Exorbitant price and 1 Star and warnings
How does this app show as 4.1 stars when a quick look thru recent posts show nearly all 1 Star ratings over the past year (with people warning of price rip off etc)? Apple need to look at it. I deleted the free version when I saw it was a subscription at ~$14. Week.

I’m in year three and I like saw this game in a ad and I’m oh I should download this game it looks fun and then it asked for my age and I did it and it just starts to ask for a freaking subscription and I’m like where the hell is the x button AND I TRIED SO HARD TO FIND THE FREAKING X BUTTON OR CANCEL BUTTON, So I do the subscription AND IT CHANGES TO A $100 SUBSCRIPTION And I was sooo mad DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!!!!!!!!

I’m a grad 6th and I need help with my math skills. I saw an add for it and thought it would be a good idea. When I downloaded it, I went in the app and said that you can have a free 3 day trial, then you have to pay. I thought that there might be and ‘X’ sign so I don’t have to pay and play the app but not get everything. But instead. Nothing happened. It was a plain screen that said you have to pay. What a waste of my time. It’s not worth paying money on a maths game. This would be a really good game if it was FREE! 😑😒😡

Irritated.
I saw an ad for this game and I thought “oh cool! let’s download it! I’ve been meaning to practice my math skills” so that’s what I did.
I download the game, put in my age, write some numbers down so it can learn my handwriting and then BOOM. it’s asking me to pay for a subscription. so much for being a free, fun game! it’s like 100 dollars for a year! don’t download this! it’s a waste of money.
