STOP 1 touch dialling
Why can’t I have a confirm call option?
Do you know how many people I’ve woken up by accidentally touching their name on RECENT CALL?
I expect better from APPLE this is basic stuff.
You touch a contact name and the stupid system goes straight to calling!

Phone not working
After reboot can not make calls, choose different phone with same SIM card it works,put back SIM card to iPhone, make a call, phone seems hanging, cannot dial out, 4g data service working fine.

Can’t download phone app
With the recent update I can’t seem to make outgoing calls? I deleted the app in hopes of resetting it. Now I can’t download it from the App Store. It just has “open” as the only option? This is the only way to get to the app now? Can you fix this? & fix the recent update so I’m able to make calls again. Ever since I updated my phone certain apps won’t work & need to be deleted & reinstalled to work. Please fix all these problems.

Missing notifications
For a while now, I am not getting notified of voice messages being left. Then (as long as 3 days later) I get notified of a voice message that is now very old - and useless.

My microphone works but not in calls.
After installing the new version and peering my watch to my phone, nobody can’t hear me in normal calls. My microphone works fine in other apps like what’s app, instagram, and others. Can you help me please with this matter?

Constantly refreshing contacts
Hi there,
When viewing/editing my identity is constantly refreshes. What is the solution to this problem? For such a good phone insert any other ways this problem is a major setback. This is why I gave contacts only two stars out of five.

Can’t give access to microphone
It was working pretty fine when I bought the phone and now for some reason , when I make calls , the person on the other end can’t hear me and I can’t give the app access to my microphone. Anyway this can be fixed cause it’s a really important app that I use a lot .

How do I redownload it?
I somehow deleted the literal phone app? And when I go on App Store to get it again it says “open” instead of “download” and when I click it it opens and functions as normal but I cannot get the actual button back! I’ve tried a heap of things. It’s not anywhere on the phone and I can’t bring it back as a widget or anything.

Missing smart features
Need to have smart features, such as using Siri’s intelligence to do screen incoming calls. Google Assistant can smartly screen incoming calls and help communicate with the other person.

T9 dialling really should already be here, and why can we not assign a whole contact as a favourite, rather than the current state of individual items within a contact.

Easier access to contacts, greater search capabilities, more features, there hasn’t been an update to this for years and it really needs to be modernised. Like another phone operating systems version of the dialer
