This is an awful app, light does not work, sound does not work! There are so many software glitches!! Regret buying this thing so much!!!! It’s a aweful useless app (nice idea, but it does not work!!!)

Connection issues are spoiling a great product
In the last day of two we’ve had frustrating interruptions to the video. Once in the middle of our baby getting to sleep during sleep training, the app completely disconnecting, turning off the white noise and asked us to ‘repair’ which was impossible because we didn’t want to go in the room and disrupt her. I love the product and the technology, but these issues are extremely stressful to us and our baby.

However I find the insights have become less and less accurate lately. Thinks bub is in bed when she’s not etc...

Best monitor ever especially if out from home or you have other care givers helping
We love this monitor.
The picture is clear and the insights are so helpful - we have really come to rely on them.
It’s great being able to playback events if you weren’t home at the time.
We love using the multi stand for when we are out of the house
Only downside is that you must have good wifi at home.
