This app is a client for the popular NextPVR software.
NextPVR is a personal video recorder application for Microsoft Windows, Linux, Mac and Docker. It enables the use of ATSC / DVB / Analog TV tuners, and other supported video capture devices. With NextPVR installed somewhere on your network, this app lets you watch Live TV, view the TV Guide, manage your recording schedule, and watch recordings.
NextPVR can be downloaded from http://www.nextpvr.com.
Requirements:
- NextPVR 4.2.1 or higher running on a PC on your local network.
- TV Tuner or video capture device supported by NextPVR. This software supports most DVB-T / DVB-C / DVB-S / ATSC / QAM digital tv tuners, HDHomeRun, and SAT>IP tuners

Practically useless
The only lay thing that works is displaying the epg. Recording or Scheduling a recording doesn't work and streaming to the iPad doesn't work either I just get a blank screen. So sad...
