Pretty good but Conversations not displaying
Seems like a reasonable app, can do most things you’d want on the road. For me, Conversations isn’t working at all which is disappointing.

Can’t attach any Files Attachments with emails☹️...very disappointed!

But sending emails —straight from hubspot Email Button—can’t attach any files!
What a shame for this function...so inconvenient ☹️

App issue
I am probably one of the biggest fan or hubspot. Hubspot sales pretty much runs my business, but only when I am in the office because this hubspot app for my iPhone does not work. It crashes. I have had over 20 crashes in the last hour, as its the only source of my client info.

Buggy
It’s a good app overall, but that means you come to rely on it and using your iPad to keep the CRM up to date. This is a problem when there are bugs, such as not being able to save a new deal. Just more admin to do on the computer back in the office.

Can’t open
For the last month I haven’t been able open the Hubspot app on my phone. I’m stuck on the Get Started screen. I have deleted and re-installed the app a few times and have just tried again now.

HubSpot honest review
This is a good tool, but ii think it's very expensive for what it is & the customer service & support is appalling - they reneged on agreements regarding renewal discounts with me, which was galling to say the least. And then asked on negotiations leaving things to last minute so we had no time & little choice but to sign as we'd lose access to our data!!
We also had a super difficult time migrating across from Sygar Professional in early 2017, took months of work with HubSpot not having some of the basic relationship heirarchies that Sugar had - and customer support from HubSpot was terrible.
HubSpot billing is based on per 1000 contacts - and the highest number you reach in a period is what they charge you for - so if you migrate across then clean up your contact base & reduce numbers you'll get stung for the highest amount - be warned!
If I hadn't already invested a huge amount of time & money here I wouldn't stay given how we've been treated, but they have me by the proverbials & I don't want to risk a similar experience going somewhere else, will see if we can make this work. Do your homework first though, & get an iron clad detailed agreement if you can before you even think about migrating!

Great Sales CRM tool. Love the multiple pipeline management tools where we can move clients through the on boarding process and keep track between different departments.

Nice app
If you like HubSpot you'll love this app. Integrates perfectly with HubSpot and is very stable/robust.
Feedback for developer: please integrate with iPad keyboard e.g. Tab to next field rather than having to touch the screen for each field.

great app for sales people on the road
Everything is very intuitive, however I rated 4 stars instead of 5 as every time you open the app you have visibility of ALL contacts and ALL deals, even the ones not allocated to you and it's annoying you need to click on MY Deals and MY contacts all the time to filter it.
It should be the other way around when you open the app.

Good companion to CRM
A simplified version of the full browser based platform, easy to use and a powerful aid to keeping activities up to date. Could use further updates to increase functionality towards what's available via a browser but those will come.

Fantastic Application for my business
I have recently implemented HubSpot into my business and I truly could not be any happier. I was researching all the other platforms but found HubSpot to be a simple on the eyes but very powerful application (and that is even using the free version). There are plans on upgrading to the Pro version very soon as well! Well done guys!!!

Great app do sales team managers
The app is quite simple to use, and works great if you are heading up a sales team and are constantly on the move. Allows you to chase up deals, etc really easily and looks simple too.

Poor imitation
Poor quality, virtually none of the functionality provided in the browser based version. Caused a lot of problems with it incorrectly assigning deals to the wrong companies and contacts. Very difficult to understand why the app is so different to the browser version.

Can do everything on the road
This app is fantastic I can see my schedule, create tasks myself and my team, view statistics and everything else I need to do in my CRM whilst on the road. No more forgetting follow ups for me!
