App hasn’t worked in over a 2 month’s 😡
Can not use single sign in to access anything. Only way to view rosters ,modules or other work related items😡 so frustrating when most of the time everything is done via your phone because you don’t have access to a computer. Please sort out ASAP

Honestly ashamed to work for a company that allows this to be their primary software for communicating with their employees.
In the off chance that the app doesn’t crash immediately on start up, you are greeted with disproportionate UI, unnecessarily complicated navigation, and all-round bugs and performance issues.
I don’t write reviews this critical unless I absolutely have to.
Get a move on and fix this atrocious mess.

App keeps crashing
I don’t know what’s happened but whenever I try to open the app it just crashes and closes again, I’ve restarted my phone, redownloaded the app, everything. I didn’t change anything and it worked great before. This makes it very difficult to see my roster

i log in to metime on my laptop and it’s all good, but this app won’t log me in. it says my details are incorrect but when i login on desktop it works ? so annoying !!

The app doesn’t know my ID
So I can use my metime ID on the Google, but not on this app. It’s literally the same details I enter every time and it’s as if it never seen my account at all.

Total Useless Screw-Up of an app
Going to metime, getting the same useless information that gets updated 3 times a year. To click on 4 links to get to a WEB BROWSER just to see my roster. RUBBISH

A borderline practical joke
This app is so infested with bugs, sloppy UI and interface design, sluggish responses and labyrinthine menus, that it toes the line of being unusable. Just coming into Maccas, I was shocked to see that a company that boasts about using 0.7% of the GDP of the country on expansions, wages and bills has a website held together by tissue paper and glue. My year 9 IT project was more stable than this. I was almost too late to book my welcome party, due to the fact that when I finally reached the end of the maze of interfaces, the page on which I was supposed to book it couldn’t load, despite a clear internet connection which I had speed tested 6 times previously and had returned good results. It’s about time this corporation upped it’s game in the software department. Disappointing, and demotivating for someone already offered a job at a place that pays better.

Why bother having an app that can’t even do one of the most important things that comes with a job, the roster. Having to waste time following different links just to “quickly” check what time my next shift is very inconvenient.
Another than that the app doesn’t even completely support my phone, it looks cropped and tends to bug out.

This app is completely useless, especially at viewing rosters. You used to be able to view rosters from this app, but now you have to go through MyJob, which opens up in a normal browser anyway

Why remove the rosters tab? It used to take 3 clicks to see all my shifts for a week and I could screen shot it.
Now it takes minimum 6 clicks and can’t fit it all in a screen shot. How is that an improvement??

Loved it, worked well; now doesn’t work at all!
Was really enjoying the convenience of quickly accessing my roster through metime, then myjob etc. Now I am completely unable to log into the app with my metime details. It says my login details are incorrect. However, logging in works on my desktop computer. Bit of a shame.

The roster layout on MyJob is a joke pls bring back roster tab on the metime app.
I personally like to screenshot my roster so that way I don’t have to log in every time I want my roster. On the MyJob website if you have more than 4 shifts in a week it all doesn’t fit in one screenshot.
Also when MyJob tells me what are I’m in it doesn’t tell me if my back area shift is beginner, intermediate, advanced or Area Leader. Witch is very important to me because I like to go into work knowing whether I’m going to be in charge of the kitchen or not.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE bring back old style rosters or fix the many issues it has at the moment.
