FIX IT ALREADY!!!

Are you listening to the paying subscribers Wsbk?
I, like many more subscribers cannot use the app without it crashing within two seconds, it seems as if you don’t care about the quality of your app nor the paying people who want to use it.
Seriously, how hard can it be to fix it already, the Motogp app works without any problems, why can’t yours??

Rubbish app.

Can't do nothing with this app, no live video, not even to check fp ranking. What's the point of this app then. MOTOGP app is the way this one should follow. Really should be 0 star.

Waste of money

The MotoGP app is great but this is just rubbish. Fox sports shows more WSBK racing than the app does.👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Very poor app, total waste of time&

What is the point of having an app that has live timing and tracking and tracking but no live video? Why isn’t there a big red button in the muddle of the schedule screen to allow you to watch the live event
Replays of videos are also clunky.
This app is not a patch on the motogp app!!!
Also the WSBK web site is very poor. If you know my profile, why all the adds for videopass which again doesn’t work well for live viewing!

Can you plz make the app so it opens up so I can read it and many others I ges cheers Chris g hallam or make bigger letters. 15 th still not working on iPhones as I called Apple I tried iPhone 6 6c. 8 plus iPhone max plz help as I paid for my perscpon.

App not working

App keeps closing, need the app to be fixed as I paid money to watch racing. At least provide a timeframe when you will fix this issue. Still not working, are you working on trying to fix, otherwise I would like a refund. How do I get a refund? I’m feeling like I have been robbed! Still not working....missing out on FP1 & 2!

App opens but crashes

The app was good up until this week 14/3. No video but at least you could listen to the commentary. Now the app wont stay open for more than a couple of seconds if you are lucky. When it does open, as soon as you tap the screen it crashes!! Disapointed. Im about to remove it.

iPhone X - App Crashing

Open app and it crashes after two seconds - restarted phone and removed and reinstalled application. Can’t use any functionality after paying for my pass. What a waste of money.

I have used the app for a few years and have subscribed again for 2019 but the app hasn’t worked for the last few weeks. It better be working by the next race or I want my money back.

No Value and Poor Performance

Not sure what you pay the $80£ for?????Get no live video, Only live timing and live tracking. It did work quite clunky when it did work, but now won’t even stay open. Opens for 2 seconds then app closes completely. Wasted money on this app. Would hope there is some significant improvement for me to come to this app again. Currently with app the way it is I wouldn’t waste your money!!

Wsbk

Used to work ok. Always pushed for subscription but could work around it. Now doesn’t load. Won’t be using it. Was going to get the 12 month sub but if this it’s best. I don’t think so.

Continues to go to the security and policy update page no matter how many times you update.
Absolute rubbish and in need of maintenance, until that happens, don’t waste your time on downloading app
