Excellent scheduler

I’ve been using Metricool for over 12 months now for multiple brands. I’m a social media manager, so needed a reliable scheduler. It does everything I need and is improving continuously – adding extra features on a regular basis. I was looking for a scheduling app that had an excellent PC interface but also an app of high standard to match, so that I could work on the go - switching effortlessly between the different brands. I can easily upload images from my phone while I’m working on site and schedule them, or save them to drafts. Love the new posts library feature – cannot wait for it to be added to the mobile app also! The posts preview - on both PC and app is my favourite feature and is used regularly to look at feed aesthetics AND to see how videos/reels will preview. If I’m not happy with the preview I can upload a different grid image which is fantastic. Thanks Metricool!

Beware of poor customer support

I’ve been using this software for over 3 years , support has always been an issue it was not until I tried to cancel after they charged our credit card without approval did it become an issue. Support have chooses not to refund our company and the matter will now have to go through legal channels, very disappointing that they hide behind outdated customer support.

Not user friendly

It’s not user friendly. One, if you manual publish, it doesn’t download the cover photo for instagram, then it’s hard to copy the caption, it should have a button to copy all caption and then you should allow manual publish for all platforms not only instagram and tiktok. I like that it has the inbox on the app and analytics could be improved so you can easily see everything.

Not functional

If you’re going to deploy an app on App Store, least you can do is ensure correct functionality and user acceptance.
It’s been a week I try logging in and I get wrong email/password or some other error. Smh.
