Alcohol delivered... not that fast...

I read the reviews, got mega excited and jumped in the app, signed up, chose a few pre mixed drinks then went to checkout. The delivery day for today was greyed out and I had to choose tomorrow... it was only 6 something pm not mega late at night or anything. What’s the point I’ll just go buy it myself tonight.

Terrible. Soooo many better options

Firstly, the prices are jacked up more than most alcohol delivery apps/ services. Secondly, the ETA is always “5 minutes” after it passes the initial time it gave you.

Well, I made an order for an ETA of 6.30 and by 9pm they hadn’t contacted me. I spoke to someone on live chat who has no idea how to do their job who blamed me for living in an area with “high demand”... uhhh ok, just don’t offer a product you can’t supply then? Refund will take ten days.. great! No GPS tracking on the app. Wrong info. Bad “support” staff. Don’t bother honestly. Bottlemart is your better option, I just ordered and it came within twenty minutes!

Would’ve been a great use of the app however they don’t service the Endeavour hills area. Uber eats is already on the chase with booze now an option for delivery on their platform. You may have missed the boat on this one.

First time I used the app, I order a bottle of vodka that was cheaper than I could get in the store or Dr Dans, and it rocked up in 20 mins. Completely stoked with everything from order to delivery was fast and easy. Definitely recommend. Have a crack before you bother getting an Uber to the local bottle o!

Straight up con job

They never have what you ordered in stock, then call you offering to swap with a cheaper product and not refund the difference. This happened to me a few times before I cottoned onto it. Support said they’d get to it eventually with no email follow up or anything. Borderline criminal waste of money - stay away!

but unfortunately the over charging has gone through the roof. Obviously the business needs to make money but when you’re charging an extra $12 for a product plus $7.95 delivery fee it becomes really over the top. Great if you’re in an emergency situation and you’re happy to spend the extra $$$ but personally would rather do a beer run or cigarette run myself than pay an extra $20

Hey, first time I’ve made a request through the live chat. Fairly simple (don’t buzz me, as my buzzer is really loud and gives my pets a heart attack). Anyway, got a response straight away saying no problem, ‘we’ve contacted the driver to let them know’. Lo and behold, I got a text apon delivery (no buzz). May seem simple, but these little things make all the difference - thank you. Other services always ignore this request. Will use again, and definitely recommend 👍🏻

Identification

Why do I have to re-ID every time? Should scan my ID once and then just verify I hold the same id on next delivery. Great service but painful needing to wait while driver reinputs my ID

Your lady drivers are kill’n it

I’ve been using the service for a few months and it’s great. Only anomaly I’ve noticed is that every time I have a female delivery driver, she turns up with my details pre-entered, checks my id and just gets me to sign - which is awesome. Whereas every time a male driver turns up, they take the ID, make me stand there while they enter in the details (which on some occasions takes 5 minutes) and then get me to sign.

After speaking with a few drivers it’s apparent that the ladies use their time in between deliveries to prepare for their next order whereas the dudes don’t. I think Tipple

should either autmomate the data entry (that’d make life easier for everyone) or rip a page out of your female drivers books and have drivers input details before they deliver. It’s not just my time that’s being wasted otherwise, it’s the time of your drivers too.

No time management

They advertise that you will receive your order in 30 minutes, but I’ve had to wait for an hour and call them to chase up my order. Clearly no concept of time management and the worst part is their customer service. The staff member I was talking to was eating whole talking to me. I asked him to cancel my order if the driver was going to take longer than 10 minutes, to which he said “Not a problem, I’ll add a note to the system.” So guys if you want to use them then make sure you have plenty of time to wait for your order to arrive.

Not sure why you’re pushing so hard in Sydney (lots of radio advertising) when you don’t even cover major areas. That’s the least of your worries given that your app continues to crash and won’t go past the first screen. I’ll stick with BWS who delivers within 30mins thanks

Love this app, use it all the time

Never fails to deliver under 30 mins. Drivers aren’t as friendly as Uber eats etc.. probably because they don’t get rated. But it’s quick and works well. Almost always has what I’m looking for in terms of selection.

Bit unsure about what info the drivers are copying from my drivers license on to their personal phones. Doesn’t fee very secure. Particularly if they’re copying my drivers license number. Would like to see this part of the experience gone.

Hope this kicks off and grows. Alcohol is an important part of the Australian diet. We’d hate to see malnourished adults walking around sober.
