at least i can now log in 🤪
where the hell are the books??!! can’t even filter search results to select book. so incredibly frustrating can’t even type the book title or use the search history from my desktop and says it has no results i.e for insulin?!! really?!!?

No star as can’t login at all
This could be good if it works but I’ve tried logging in with both my personal details and my uni credentials and can’t and there no email to contact?!

Terribly Frustrating !
Honestly the most frustrating, terrible app I have ever encountered! I downloaded this app thinking it would be a great to access textbooks / articles on the wards at hospital.
The app continually directs to the website version and after many hours on the “helpline” trying to set up the account I gave up. If you want to waste hours of your life please download this immediately...

I usually don’t write reviews but today i have to do it, just to save time for others, please don’t bother downloading this app as it doesn’t work.

Garbage app
Others have summed it up quite well so I won’t repeat.
What else can you expect from a maggoty predatory outfit such as Elsevier.? Too busy suing people and lobbying against open access

App crashes on lanuch
Clinical Key by itself is an excellent resource. The app, however, is completely unusable. It only worked the first time I used it, then every time I try to launch it afterwards it gets stuck on the orange launch screen and never opens the contents. PLEASE FIX ASAP

This app was so buggy, it refused to launch. Useless!

Does not load after first login
Unusable on iphone X in current state, initially when i logged on through my institution it worked, but does not load every subsequent time and just stays on initial loading screen... hopefully elsevier will fix this soon because it would be a great tool.

Excellent resource but tweaks needed
Really good resource - saves me lugging several textbooks around! It would be good to be able to save some text books as "favourites" rather than search catalogue every time. Fingerprint/passcode login please!!
Also an issue when selecting to search a topic within a textbook it still searches the entire catalogue.
