Works like a charm

Not sure why other people are having problems.

I put batteries into my physical door lock and then downloaded this app and searched for the new lock. It added seamlessly via Bluetooth.

I then added users with digital/numeric codes, added users with their finger prints. No problems doing either. I even deleted a couple just to make sure that I can delete users.

I like this app because it has many options and features, many of which I have not yet explored. I like that I can buy a wifi gateway to attach to my lock so that I can manage my lock via the internet in addition to Bluetooth.

Poor product

Gateway G3 will not connect using usb power, fails over and over again.

Over ride lock

I run a pilates studio and classes sometimes get cancelled last minute so nothing provides a way to turn passage set off. Very disappointed with this lock and paid $1100

Works like a dream

My lock came with instructions to use this app. No issues setting up pin fingerprint and giving other people access. Would be nice to have a lock button feature. Hopefully they have this out in at some stage

Not the worst

Hooks into the Alexa ecosystem via its very basic skill, but only for locking. Cannot unlock via voice command which after we experienced a prolonged period of immobility, wouldve been a nice feature to have.

Extremely Frustrating

Can’t get access to my account or change the password and support seems to only be in Chinese

Connection issues

App does not work, I constantly get the message “Request failed, network unavailable, check and connect your device to 3G ….”

I have good single and try with both 4G and wifi and same message. Deleted and reinstalled app and same issue. Can no longer change any settings on the lock or control the lock

TTLock is a dream

TT Lock app just works like a dream worth my smart door lock. Including the WiFi bridge is just the Cherry in top. Easy to remote unlock, get notifications etc.

Very easy app to use and configure the Smart Lock features.

Second fault in a few months

It is the second TT Lock purchased in a few months with the same problem. Once you override and use your key the lock

Motor struggles to lock before failing after a whilst. Spend a little more and get one that you can rely on

Can open and lock the lock via Bluetooth

Send pin to Airbnb client no internet.

TTLock works with many manufactures and easy to use.

If add a wifi bridge can get access push notifications as lock is used.

Can unlock remotely via bridge but need internet at lock site.

Has timed access or one time and permeant codes.

Thank you TTLock for a fantastic up to date security product.

Great up but major bug

App is very good and simple to use and setup device .... for the time I used it. However once you log out of app or reset password you CANNOT log back in! I give 1 star for this, if this major issue was not here I would provide 5 stars

Poor app

App won’t let me delete device. If I log out it won’t recognize my password. If I change the password it won’t recognize username or password.

Lock button

The app is simple and clear to use.

However, it doesn’t have “lock” button which need to be supported.

Time delay auto lock is the idea instead but it would be good if we have “lock” button to touch on the App and lock the door rarher than auto lock time delay option.

Can you please add this function?
