Fairly useless
Since the mobile version of the Hightail website not only comes up as a cluttered mess on my iPhone, but additionally disallows even basic functions to be performed without downloading the app, surely I’d be right in assuming that said app could, for example, play and/or download a standard QuickTime movie file...? No, apparently not.

Gone downhill
Formerly a professional and extremely capable service reduced to an infuriating chameleon - three name changes in as many years, a clunky interface, inability to share folders? Spaces? Why is this all so needlessly counterintuitive?
Will close my account soon. Competitors are doing what I need better and with far less hassle.

I can’t even sign in to download my tracks. I keep updating my password and it won’t recognise it.
This is just dreadful! I need my stuff 😡

App is now useless
I only use hightail for large music files. I can see my saved files but can i do ANYTHING with them? No. I can send or play. Useless. Absolute rubbish. Won’t app update ever.

Still no update for iPhone X
App does the job of showing status of my sent files, though seems completely unnecessary when the website could do the same thing.

Music doesn’t stop when display turns off or when you leave the app
Thanks so much for a fabulous app. As I said in the title, the only thing I would like to have changed is that when you play back a music file, it doesn’t stop when the display turns off when you leave the app. Otherwise, great work.
EDIT: another thing I’d like to add is the ability to change the volume when you’re playing music from Hightail on your Apple TV. If that’s possible to do, please put that in also.

Useless
Useless, Hightail just gets worse and worse doesn't it? Can't even use this app to send files from my hightail folders. Why do I bother?

A fantastic way to send large files and be able to track down loads etc...I use Hightail every day for my Real Estate Photography Business,I have tried other file sending services like Dropbox and it does not even compare.

Hightail Spaces just doesn't work
I've tried logging in through gmail, hightail, and hightail spaces and it always kicks me back to the login page. Very very frustrating.
