Used to be a great app
This application used to be great until they went from it being free and only paying for extras to $14.99 per month. Huge jump is pricing and ridiculously high. Don’t recommend as this is such a yearly cost just for chatting with an ex partner.

Unethical conduct
It’s unethical what you have done with your charges.
Abused partners seek solace in your app, and it’s the only thing preventing constant stalking and harassment that police can’t stop. Now the abusive partners have the perfect reason to not get on the app, because it will cost them money.
You’re pressuring tactics make it even worse.

nothing exciting
does less than what a normal phones "message and "phone" app is capable of achieving for example my iphone can record calls and doesn't need permission from the other person, i can link my calendar and other necessary apps to keep note of dates and reminders . the one thing i cant do in this app that is really a let down is i cant share links as in utilize text whilst talking in the app. this app actually limits my interaction with my kids. i hate it .

Terrible for co-parents
The step-parent (co-parent) and parents can’t see all of each others messages. Eg: I can only see my step daughters mums messages NOT my partners or her husbands. This is difficult as my partner works away so unless we are constantly checking if the other has replied we are doubling up and not knowing what is going on or if the other has sent a message. I lodged this issue months ago with not help in sight.

Very annoying
This app has decent features but files take ages to load, you can't send videos they are more than a few seconds, and when your phone offloads apps to save storage, and it offloads this app, there is a major bug where the app loses all data and history. Your whole account is gone. All the data gone. This is a huge problem when you're using the app for the sole purpose of storing conversations for the court to see.

I’d give no stars if I could
I’ve been trying to sign up to the app for almost two months now with no success. I can’t even create an account so there for can not even use the app after downloading it. Absolute waste of time. I Am deleting it as I can’t even find an option to contact support without logging in first of which I can not do because I can not create an account.

Needs updating
The app needs to be useable for the chat feature on smart watches. It would be so much handier and better.
Also the chat feature can load slow and make images hard to view.

I finally found the one! This app had exactly what me and my ex needed. Easy to use, the calendars and schedules are really helpful, you can completely customise your visitation schedule and add in events such as school etc and choose what to share with your co parent. You can easily request date changes too! Thanks APPCLOSE!

Gives out IP addresses on export.
The app is basically used to gain access to the ip address used to send the message. It also shows the other parents when your online and have seen a message…. Why???? Avoid at all costs.

What a mistake !
I am still having issues viewing my co-parents messages to a third party . Please advise how I can Rectify this issue .
This is causing issues to the point that I am getting my lawyer involved. Is it the app or my co-parent?
I have sent two emails to AppClose with no reply’s with clear direction on how to re rectify this issue . I also would like to know how to delete circles so there are only two to Simplify communication between co-parents and third parties.
I am really disappointed and have no issues in paying for a app that works with out causing issues but it’s written in the agreement . What a mistake !
