- In this version, the app uses a new routing system to improve the provided route and approximate arrival time
- Added 2 new reasons for failed delivery: Recipient under 18/could not produce ID + Address incorrect/unable to locate
Bug fixes:
- Fix a bug that user might see an error when canceling the last order in the job
- Crash fixes

Yello is among the best delivery service company. The company provides intensive training for courier drivers so that they can provide best of class delivery service. Yello leader continues to be in touch with every driver and provides excellent support to the team via WhatsApp. Yello Support team service was excellent too as they always has an answer to every issues we faced. They are not reading from scripts.

There’s a hidden onboarding fee of $25. You’ll have to pay to meet them. This will pop up after half an hour of registration and profile building cumbersome process. Deleted the app right away.

Extremely long load times

App is set out well and easy to use however the load times for every single action are around 30 seconds or longer (including loading available shifts, applying for shifts, starting/ending shifts). What should just be a quick application for shifts for the next week turns into an hour long sit down because of the load times if applying for multiple shifts at once. This is the only problem with the app I’ve encountered so if it could be fixed that would be amazing! Thanks

It doesn’t let you log in even though you are standing right in the middle of the restaurant. Not to mention that it shuts down music whenever you open it up. Routes are planned in the dumbest way ever.

Pros: Easy to scroll through available shifts. During your shift it's easy to manage runs.
Cons: You can miss run notifications when you leave app. Would also be great to be able to add shifts to calendar from the app. Live chat function with support is missing.
