I want my money back. I purchased this to use on my Apple Watch to open my garage so I didn’t need my phone, it has never worked. How can I get a refund?

Version 1.3
Purchased this app for my iPad/iPhone/Apple Watch and the iMac version. Fantastic, works as it should, money well spent.
I don’t know why others are having any issues with this app, works perfectly for me.

Works great

Version 1.3
The app works well. It is great to be able to group things such as lights together or heaters/ fans etc. the addition of cloud support and support for Apple Watch 3 Cellular independent of iPhone would be useful

Rubbish. Waste of money

Version 1.3
Does not work most of the time. When I switch off a light, the majority of the time, they flick back on again. I need to try over and over again just to switch off one light.

Works well.

Version 1.1.3
A very pretty and functional app but unfortunately its method of device discovery interferes with AirPlay speakers. Whenever this app is started, or even if it's just left running, it causes my AirPlay speakers to hiss and then reboot. That's unacceptable.
Due to the way AirPlay works, I'd be surprised if this problem only affects my speakers, but for the record I'm using Philips SoundSphere DS9800. The official WeMo app also used to cause the same problem in the beginning, but they fixed it quite some time ago when users of AirPlay speakers complained.
