Suffering from depression makes the simple things hard. This app is really easy to use and gets to the point. Other apps I’ve tried are overwhelming and easy to give up on. I especially appreciate the focus on recording & recalling positive thoughts. The descriptions of the dissonant thinking issues are clear and helpful. The only thing I’d add is some tips/prompts on the final step, when you enter alternate ways of approaching the thought. Thank you
Only issue is with the date format, Americanised. Otherwise a great CBT app.
Just a physical problem with the app, I think if you don’t fill out all the sections before pressing “save”, means that it will cause the app to save the title and emotion but your “details” section is blank. Love this app but causing me lots of issues only recently.
