Works ok until iOS is updated and then it all goes down the toilet along with the data for at least the current day

A long time user of Easy Diet Diary, I recently switched to this version and initially had problems with the blank blue screen as reported by other users. However I found the additional features were now included in the original Easy Diet Diary app and its all working well.
I started using this app on the advice of my Dietitian; but twice in one day I have had to delete the app and reinstall because the screen goes blank. Can do nothing. Very frustrating.
For the most part the app is ok but while in previous versions of the app you were able to access your dairy information even being able quickly move to entries made 1 or 2 years ago. This is not the case now because they have removed the access to the month panel where you could swipe through the previous months quickly & now can only swipe through previous weeks making the process take very long time. I don’t know what their problems is possibly wanting to kill off app by driving users away.
It works after the first install but thereafter all I can see is the blank blue screen
I am using an iPhoneXS max running iOS 13.2.2
Could this be conflicting with the normal Easy Diet Diary that I also have on this phone.
Hard to rate it if I can’t use it but I love Eady Diet Diary.
Counting my calories helps me to consider what I eat, how much I eat and calories used when I exercise.
I literally could not live without Renal Easy Diet Diary. My diet is medically controlled to keep me alive. The APP ensures I can plan and eat within those limits. The Easy Diet Diary team have saved my life and I do not exaggerate when I say that. I thank them for their efforts everyday.
For the most part it’s pretty good...but it can be a bit frustrating when it doesn’t regonise the foods i am trying to enter...its a bit of work to start with but gets easier as you enter in more information
I’ve just started using this app, I’m finding it really informative and easy to use. Tracking daily intake with a quick glance is making me more informed about my dietary choices. The add your own food section is also fantastic and easy to use. Highly recommended.
This app is constantly evolving. Easy to add new foods (especially if there's a barcode on the packet). I look forward to more advancements.
I tried almost all apps to keep track but this is the easiest to use, best so far! It lets you putting your own recipes & foods. No adds and free.
I really love this app!!!
Easy to use with the ability to quickly add foods not listed. It's Australian centric making it ahead of many of the products available. They provide quick feedback on possible improvements, such as including graph of micro nutrients ( protein, carbs, etc)
Recently got a bug in the App and really missed it until the update was released. Use daily to keep watch on my potassium intake due to renal problem. Would highly recommend to anyone suffering the same.
Love it. Use renal diary for last 6 months and it has been excellent managing my potassium and calories. Recent problem with App resolved. Great support team. Would like to highlight the allowance I have for potassium but manage without it very well.
Extremely useful for meal planning and tracking intake.
What an exciting development for the renal community! Great app👍🏼
Your nutrition values are all wrong, the choices in food are too few, there is no way to accurately enter values, the nutrition categories are too limited and the app is awkward to use. Why don't you take a clue from "My Fitness Pal" if you want a good starting point for a nutrition program.
