Great App but needs a twin
This works real well but with one flaw. Often when the items reach Australia they are given a new tracking number by Australian Post and until it arrives it appears lost. I know it may not be the apps fault but can there be a provision in the app to add a second tracking number and also a place to say that it is delivered. As I have now registered with Australian Post through their App, any parcels set to me, come up on that App. With this I get the tracking number that I can add to your app. This will than give me a full tracking of the item. I keep this for warranty and postage time.

Better than most tracking apps

My go to tracking app
I use this to track a lot of parcels usually coming from China and a few other countries. It generally shows the tracking information quite quickly but sometimes it doesn’t pick up certain postal services or couriers or takes some time. It’s a bit slow too at times to add new updates and can double the updates too sometimes. Sometimes it only has limited information but that’s because of the postal service only having so much information it has only scanned up. But overall I give it 4 stars because it does what it’s supposed to do and at least I have a decent idea when and where my parcels are mostly... Thanks 17TRACK :-)

Absolute rubbish
I downloaded this app to view the status of my parcel with China post, after entering the tracking number one of those prove you aren’t a robot puzzle came up. It seemed like a simple enough puzzle, fit the missing piece in the hole. Every time I did this the piece went back to its previous position & wouldn’t verify me I tried over & over to get it to work but it refused to verify me. The only reason I downloaded this was to carry out this action as it is the only place I can view the parcels status in English. I fail to see why this security feature is necessary as I have to log in using finger print ID & I’m pretty sure robotic devices have no fingerprints.

It’s okay
I downloaded this app to track my packages last year and noticed something very strange. All my packages had “Waiting for international departure” and didn’t update until the package had arrived.
There needs to be better communication between you and the couriers

Latest update deleted tracked packages
Usually I love this app but the latest update (22-05-2020) deleted all of the tracked packages in my list and erased the archive list.

17TRACK is the best tracking App I’ve tried - very thorough- shows from initial posting to delivery, both from overseas & domestic.
Aust Post App shows National only not International but 17TRACK keeps tab on the whole delivery process.

Works very well
It’s an excellent app and tracks shipping of articles from almost all countries in the world. Very occasionally it fails to auto detect the shipper from its an item number but this can mostly be fixed manually. Well worth getting if you buy online from overseas and useful also for domestic shipping.

Brilliant!
This app is terrific. No matter who is delivering your package it can usually figure it out just from the tracking number. If not, there is a long list to choose from, including many obscure couriers for local shipping wherever you are in the world.

I work in world wide logistics in Au and decidedly started looking up tracking apps due to my consignments ....
17TRACK 👍👍👍👍 nice work but final carrier 👎👎👎👎 you can tell me 6/6 has Arr but 1/6 is at a carrier, and 5/6 was carried by 2/6 with fl/n’s but 2/6 starting 83 and 1/6 starting with 86 is crypted because i found it is from China Post and then nothing more, but 👍👍👍 thank you.

Great app for tracking international parcels
It’s a really good app as it auto detects the shipping carriers.
And it shows you the tracking steps from both countries. (Destination country or “from” country”
Do download it if you receive package from lots of country and if you live in Australia, (becuase 17TRACK shows scan that don’t come up on the Auspost website, example a parcel from Russia couldn’t be tracked on the Auspost site becuase it was “untraceable product” but there was tracking for it on the 17 track app!
I don’t like that it takes a while to update.
For example the Australia Post app, when you pull down it refreshes, and you can see scans that happened 2 minutes ago...
But it usually takes minimum 4 hours (after they have happened) for the new “scan event” to be displayed on 17TRACK.
I also wish you could have an account on the computer,
So all the tracking I add on the pc automatically go to my phone. And email or text notifications would be nice, (if you opt for it in settings for example)
