Picture the worst implementation of a terrible web app and then make it 12 years old and even worse. Then make it worse again and you have this app. Seriously Eziway sack your app team and start again please. This is awful.

Well... it’s better than the previous version, so it gets a second star. Ongoing problems:
- no faceID
- bewildering UI
- incorrect scaling to screen size
- balance on home screen is wrong
All I really want is to be able to quickly see my card balance. This app makes that difficult.
Not optimised for larger iPhone screens

The ability to optimise the app for a larger screen has been around for years but it still feels like it would work on my iPhone 3G. Would be great if it updated and didn’t look so old. Also great that you can set a pin but it’s the age of Face ID now.

Necessary but clunky app. Please enable Touch ID and quicker path to balance checking. It takes too many clicks through different screens to find info (when at checkouts etc). Thanks

Really poorly designed app. Images are all pixelated and poor quality, they really need to pay for a proper app developer.

There is no forgotten password option/link meaning you have to call up to get your password reset. Frustrating if on holidays, weekends or after hours
Please add login options such as fingerprint etc for iPhone

App often crashes and states that there is a “problem accessing the account at this time”, however a 2nd or 3rd attempt after will allow it.
Also, Transaction History should also indicate when funds have been deposited/credited to the account.
