Can not access the app with the new Apple update meaning I am locked out of my finances, needs to be fixed

The app never works!! Quick balance doesn’t show so you have to log in anyway. Too see most transactions you need to log in on a computer, after transferring or bpaying the app closes. More bugs than a seedy hostels bed
Most recent update 1 week ago and app doesn’t even open, crashes upon trying every time. Poor execution on this one.
I’ve been with Police Bank now for about six months and I find the app really helpful. I especially like the QuickView feature.
Will this ap be available on Apple Watch which would be great. NAB and other banks have it..
Very often the balance of my accounts stays as a ‘-‘ instead of an amount. Very annoying.
Comparing this app with the combank app for example is like comparing Windows95 with Windows10
The App can’t be opened or installed. Have tried several times. The old version worked really well. This new (‘improved’) version isn’t recognised at all on the iphone, ie, can’t load the App.
Have the same issues with app not showing balances and then crashing after a transfer. Been an issue for a while. Please fix.
Full of problems recently. Won’t show balances, faceID not working, ‘network issue encountered’ when trying to do transfers. Up until a few weeks ago I never had any problems with this app.
Pretty good app. I only use it for savings though and transfer money to my everyday account with another bank. I haven’t had any issues with it :)
For what ever reason it deregister my iPod touch used for banking and because the iPhone 4 is old it won’t work, Now resorted to using the PC as the only way to get access to my account.
I find the app to be useful, but after the latest update the Face ID for IPhone X does not work
App doesn’t open, says upgrade required but there are no current updates available for the app.
App doesn’t show pending transactions for a few days until they are cleared. So you can see by the available balance that a transaction has been made but do not know which transaction & for how much.
The app was updated two weeks ago and since then I have had nothing but issues with it. It is continually not showing balances and often won’t open on my iPhone at all. I have removed it and reinstalled it 7 times.. hasn’t fixed the issue. Frustrating.
Convenient and easy to use!
Not a bad interface. However, the last two versions almost never allow me to log in and about 95% of the time it throws up a network error. Tried reinstalling but didn't help.
Only just logged on so therefore have no experience in useing it.
The idea I find very good -we have to go with the time.
Too many steps to log on. And it's a banking app, I don't need to see the police pic every time I log in.
Up to scratch
Worst app I have ever used. It is constantly having network errors and unavailable payment functionality. Takes forever to check balance and checks for availability in between each payment. Should only take a second to check accounts by it seems to take forever. Full transaction detail is not available. No alerts in transfers done. I much preferred the old mobile banking site.
Like checking my balance on the go.
Gets you into your account quicker to check your balance.
Needs a little more refining.
No way at this time to check what future payments you have scheduled. A function I would use a lot.
We finally have an app!
It's great, nice and simple. Hopefully it stays that way without updates that ruin it like most banks do.

If you have more than one bank account you're unable to access the second one. At least it's a start to have a app we've been waiting so long for one. You are unable to access the second account. There is no option that will allow you to you this once it's set up on your phone
