Description

Your heart beats over 102,000 times per day and reflects health, illness, sleep, stress, and fitness. But heart rate patterns are unique from person to person.
•Does your heart rate during sleep change when you have the flu?
•Do you have more heart rate spikes when you’re stressed?
•How does your heart rate during a good night’s sleep compare with a restless night?
•What happens to your resting heart rate when you drink alcohol?
Cardiogram is a personal heart rate diary that can help you answer these questions and help you understand what your heart is telling you.
The iPhone app is compatible with Apple Watch, Fitbit, Garmin, and Wear OS by Google devices with a heart rate sensor. The Cardiogram app for Apple Watch shows you a graph of your heart rate in real time, on your wrist. You’ll find many helpful features on the phone app:
• The Timeline visualizes your heart rate each day with interactive graphs that make it easy to spot trends and irregularities. When you see an unexpected change, add a note with symptoms or potential triggers of the change. Over time, you can learn how your habits affect your health and have more informed conversations with your doctor.
• Metrics shows you how your resting heart rate, sleep, and move, exercise, and stand activity rings are trending over time.
• Habits lets you find a new healthy habit or activity you’ll love, invite a friend to share metrics, and improve your overall health and fitness.
• You can also build a profile to share health data with medical researchers and contribute to studies on abnormal heart rhythms like atrial fibrillation, heart failure, and more. Note: Cardiogram is not a medical device and is currently for research purposes only.
For Apple Watch users, Cardiogram displays data from the Health app, including heart rate, steps, Apple Watch activity rings, and sleep, in chart or graph format For Fitbit, Garmin, and wearOS by Google devices, Cardiogram receives data directly from the respective manufacturer.
Cardiogram is compatible with many devices with a heart rate sensor, including Apple Watch (series 1-5), Fitbit (Charge, Versa, Ionic, Alta HR, Inspire HR, and more) Garmin (fēnix, Forerunner, and Vívo series, and more), and wear OS by Google (Fossil, Ticwatch, Moto, LG, Misfit, Huawei, and more).
Best of all, these core features are free!
If you’re looking for advanced sharing, you can subscribe to Cardiogram Premium, which gives you access to:
• Share with Family: allow up to 2 family members to remotely monitor your Cardiogram data and receive insights about your health. This is helpful for keeping an extra eye on your loved one.
• Share with Doctor: export your Cardiogram data into a PDF that you can print out and show your doctor.
• Metrics comparisons: compare your stats with other user groups.
• Heart rate alerts: get notified when your heart rate goes above or below custom thresholds.
• Premium Support: if you have any questions or issues with the Cardiogram app, your support requests will be prioritized and we’ll respond to you within 24 hrs.

Hi, great idea for an app, but when I go to subscribe for the year or even a month, it charges more than what is advertised? Can you please explain as I would love to subscribe. Thanks

The app is very good in the phone but unfortunately the apple watch when used in face watch it drain the battery too fast. 20% in 6 hours and when removed from watch the battery lost is 25-30 per day!!!
If you can fix this that would be great

Unbelievable rubbish app

Version 3.1.5
So have been using this for 1 year plus. Had a heart scare. By the way an ecg showed something wasn’t right but nothing from Cardiogram. Started looking at figures very closely. Inaccurate. Shows resting heart rate in metrics to be 70 when Apples app and Fitbit shows max 65 for a day or so and rest in low 60’s.
Emailed them waited 7 days. No reply yet.
There AI isn’t that smart. But they will take the money. Has anyone received any feedback at all from them?

Worked until watchOS 6.1.1 iOS 13

Version 3.1.5
Worked great and was very happy until the latest iOS/watchOS versions. Now the real-time Apple Watch histogram view often gets ‘stuck’ and doesn’t update.
The app still gathers data, just doesn’t update the graph - which is one of the main reasons for using.
Needs a watch reset and starts again, only to stop after a few hours.
I’ve uninstalled/reinstalled but doesn’t make any difference.
I’m using the latest Apple Watch hardware and an iPhone 11 so it’s not hardware related.

Bad app should be taken down

Version 3.1.1
I only used this app for five minutes before I realised it had two major flaws:
1. The heart rate capped at 82bpm even though my watch read 120bpm
2. The app said that the 82bpm was recorded two days ago.
I haven’t even heard of this app until 10 minutes ago so I would recommend improving the app or getting rid of it because it’s misleading to its consumers

I’ve paid for the premium version of this app and it reckons I’ll get a response to my email within one day. I’ve sent two emails and customer support in the last week have ignored me. The app is slow, glitched and other times doesn’t even load at all. Waste of money.

It’s a great app for tracking the trends. The app itself could benefit from a dark mode and some more customisation, sometimes the constant monitoring mode lags and needs some time to catch up however when opened on iPhone the graph is mostly accurate.

I am using the Cardiogram app on my watch for few years now. I upgraded from watch series 0 to series 4. The app is working and the complication is showing on the iPhone watch app but in the watch I cannot choose it on any watch face. It just doesn’t shows in complications. But it’s working perfectly on watch series 0.

Version 2.9.2
I have been using this app for over a year. The data and summaries it provides are a great addition to my other health tracking apps. It does provide a unique set of data. Research based and adding to our collective knowledge. I would encourage anyone into fitness and general health care to join the research program. It’s a little way the help collect a lot of information.

Version 2.9.2
No metric ability, no settings at all really. And can’t register for the heart study as the website won’t process data back to the app, leaving you in a loop of “register, agree, can’t process data, repeat”.

Version 2.8.8
I was very happy with Cardiogram for months as I could monitor heart rate easily when it was working! Gradually I had to apply a ‘fix’, re-booting iPhone and/or watch almost daily, until it stopped updating completely a day ago. Emails to Cardiogram have brought no response this time, although earlier on I did get swift replies. As I periodically go into atrial fibrillation and tachycardia I am really missing the IPhone graph which helps with medical consultations. Very disappointing.

My health app says I stand 15 hours a day on average. This app says 12.
Health app says I do 11,000 steps a day on average. This app says I do 4000.
It just doesn't work.
Also it says the day starts at 6pm. Is this for real? I can't believe I allowed them to access my data

I've been having some trouble with an accelerated heart rate. My GP has run a number of tests but it was hard to get an overall picture of what was going on. Since using this app I've been able to track my heart rate more regularly, the function that advises you of your peak heart rate and allows you to record the "when" & "why" is a great bonus, although haven't quite worked out how to bring it up for every day. Great app, wouldn't be without it!

This is one of my most used apps
I love the fact I can have it in my watch face
The data is reliable and consistent
I love the new features with comparing my data with other cardiogram users good work
I have tried lots of other apps and they all have small issues with missing functions etc
I am a very fussy app users and I only use the best apps and this one is right up there thanks guys for helping me monitor my heart rate
What would be good is if we could have an alert for high or low beats, I see others do this but you have to unlock your phone to get the alert which is completely pointless
