I quite liked this, she really sang this to the core. I quite liked the spin in classics into more rocky, contemporary feels...it was very refreshing and great to listen to. Love you to bits Delta! And curls to the team too, great job!

This to the delta haters. If you have somthing offensive to say don't say it. She is better than you all stuck together. Her voice is like an angel. Her voice is the best I have heard. So if you don't like her than YOUR THE MISTAKE!

Well I just watched Delta at the meyer music bowl singing blue christmas and Now it's stuck in my head lol. Then she started Amazing grace with an acoustic guitar and I thought how is this gonna work...foolish me to have had any doubt coz she absolutely nailed it. I can't think of anyone else who could pull something like that off.. she was brilliant and there's no way I can not buy this album.

I'm still buying it because I'm such a massive Delta fan but I think she needs to know we love her for who she is and she shouldn't try to be anyone else.

Delta sounded amazing as per usual. But the arrangements of the songs were terrible. Too country and western sounding. Classic carols should not be altered to such an extent.

Excellant job Delta. This is a really nice alternative to the traditional annoying sounding Christmas carrols. Love the southern Blue grass sound. Really chilled and laid back. This is something very different to her usual sound but she pulls it off incredibly well.

This entire album sounds like a highlight reel for bad auditions on American Idol. Over the top, theatrical at best. Rather than her usual non-effort attempts, Delta's opted for a full blown, drag queenish attack on what once were Christmas classics. Such a shame. Once I'd hoped she'd be Australia's Celine Dion. Now, at best, she's a second rate Jessica Simpson.

It's great to see delta experiment with new sounds and really go somewhere she hasn't gone before! Her voice is stunning, her image is perfect and anything this woman does should be applauded! She is an australian icon. This is very different to what I was expecting but I have been a fan since day one and i appreciate my favourite artist being so creative and driven. Along with her other Christmas songs this will be played in my house over Christmas. Combining these songs to make a 10 track christmas album would have been even better. Very proud that she had produced and arranged all the songs herself. Well done Delta! <3

Delta your voice is naturally AMAZING and I love your music... But what is this?? You sound like u are trying WAY too hard to change up the tones in your voice and you sound like a screeching cat!! Please don't ever do this again, your last Christmas song a few years ago was amazing... This is disgusting! Sorry.

OMG... this was terrible!!! Its unfortunate because i have heard you sing sooooooo much better and produce soooooooooo many brilliant songs.. but this album is just not happening.. i felt like i was stuck in a time warp or some sort.

I am a HUGE fan of our Aussie Gem Delta but this EP was a mistake...

I know these are iconic christmas songs but they don't have the joyfulness that represents Xmas, the music, the voice, the way it's produced, all a hit and miss..

Wasn't what I expected from someone with such a powerful vocal. Don't think I'll be picking this one up for Christmas.

She's tried to add a bit too much of a Jazzy feel to these songs. It works in places, but not as much in others.

Delta's beautiful voice bring a real honest Australian feel to some true christmas classics. These tracks will be making an appearance at my house on christmas day.

I have been Delta's BIGGEST FAN ever since her very first single 'I Don't Care' was released!!!!

I am loving her first Christmas EP so much!!! She never ever fails to amaze me with her phenomenal vocals & out of this world talent!!

Her own style of these carols suit who she is as an artist so much...I wish I would give her 10 stars for this :)

Can't wait for her 2013 tour & season 2 of The Voice :D <3

I'm such a Delta tragic that if she released an album of nothing but white noise I'd still buy it.

As one of the biggest Delta fans right from the start, there isn't much that she can do that I don't like. Sadly, this is something that I do not like at all. I applaud Delta for experimenting with her sounds, and being confident enough in her voice and band to try this "bluegrass" sound, but it doesn't work for her at all. Previous carols she's recorded such as "Little Drummer Boy" and "Happy Xmas (War Is Over)" stomp all over these carols.

If you are fan of traditional Christmas Carols, do not buy this. But if you are someone who doesn't necessarily like Christmas Carols but appreciate a good voice and a great artist trying something different, give it a go. I hope any future Christmas EP's from Delta are a lot more impressive than this one and she goes for a different sound. Dissapointed.

Yay! Delta has finally released a Christmas EP, which saves me frantically stalking the "Spirit of Christmas" CD each year to see if she's on it!

Delta has picked some of my favourite songs, and the arrangements are just beautiful. I especially love Amazing Grace.

I hope this is the beginning of much more Delta Christmas music!!

Blue Christmas definite favourite, and good clear diction here. Amazing Grace loved the rhythm and the key change. Interesting original arrangement for God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen. O Holy Night with guitar represents unique arrangement of this much loved classic.
